2 reasons why Logan Paul should beat Cody Rhodes for Undisputed WWE Championship

Following the enormous success of WWE’s latest PLE, Backlash France, the global juggernaut is gearing up to present its next Premium Live Event, WWE King and Queen of the Ring. The event is set to take place on May 25 at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The recent events revealed the headlining match for the show, pitting Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes against WWE United States Champion Logan Paul for The American Nightmare’s World Championship.

Paul was inserted into contention without earning the opportunity inside the ring considering his magnanimous success as a businessman, social media sensation, and in-ring prowess. Having said that here are two reasons that make Logan Paul a viable candidate to end Cody Rhodes’ title reign:

1. WWE reverting back to its part-time champion scenario

WWE experienced immense viewership and a different aura when Roman Reigns was the World Champion, even after his limited appearances. However, ever since Rhodes captured that title from Reigns at WrestleMania 40, that exceptional aura has disappeared with Cody’s too many in-ring appearances and title defenses.

Moreover, this has been evident by the ‘We Want Roman’ chants heard on WWE television programming. The top-tier management can take the aforementioned into account and have another main event caliber part-time star, Logan Paul snatch the title from Rhodes and bring back the part-time champion scenario again.

2. Logan Paul can end the stale reign of The American Nightmare

The entire WWE Universe was behind Cody Rhodes en route to winning the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40.

However, a large portion of the fans has seemingly rejected Rhodes as the World Champion for his stale promo delivery, multiple appearances, and taking away the aura and credibility instilled by Roman Reigns. WWE can give a fresh direction in their creative scenario by shockingly ending Rhodes’ title reign to experiment with Logan Paul as the double champion who is a different top-caliber star in the entire world.
