WWE Royal Rumble 2023 Match Card: Full List of Matches Announced For the PPV (Updated) As On January 17

WWE Royal Rumble 2023 match card is the hot topic of discussion in the pro wrestling circles across the planet. After Survivor Series: WarGames, the next premium live event of WWE is the Royal Rumble. The 2023 Royal Rumble show will air live from San Antonio on January 28 and a star-studded match card is expected for the event.

Fans should note that it is a stadium show. Alamodome, which played host to the 2017 Royal Rumble event will host the show again in 2023. Big names like Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker participated in the 2017 Royal Rumble match, where Randy Orton emerged victorious in the end.

WWE Royal Rumble 2023 Match Card: Complete list of matches announced

WWE has announced five matches for the upcoming premium live event. The first one is obviously the Men’s Royal Rumble match. Traditionally, 30 Superstars have been a part of the time-interval based over-the-top rope battle royal. However, as per rumors, the number can go up to 40 in 2023.

Similarly, there will be a match for the women’s division. The winner of the men’s and the women’s Royal Rumble matches get a chance to headline WrestleMania. Veteran Superstar Kofi Kingston announced himself as the first entrant of the 2023 Royal Rumble match on December 3, 2022. Ricochet and Liv Morgan are also in the Royal Rumble. Here is the list of matches for the WWE Royal Rumble 2023 match card:

  1. Men’s Royal Rumble Match (List of confirmed participants).
  2. Women’s Royal Rumble Match. (List of confirmed participants)
  3. Bray Wyatt vs. LA Knight, Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match.
  4. Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens, WWE Undisputed Universal Championship Match.
  5. Bianca Belair vs. Alexa Bliss, WWE RAW Women’s Championship Match.

Apart from the two Royal Rumble matches, fans should expect three to four more matches on the show. The Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns will put his title on the line against Kevin Owens, while Bray Wyatt is confirmed to take on LA Knight.
