Drew McIntyre will headline the WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 match card against the Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns. However, there is a small chance that the fans in Cardiff may not witness this mega match. The reason behind it is Drew’s back injury.
According to a report by Fightful, McIntyre has been working through an injury. He will not perform on the upcoming live events, but he is expected to fit for his match at Clash at the Castle.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has reported that Roman Reigns will not appear on the Extreme Rules premium live event which will happen after Clash at the Castle. So if at all, WWE plans to have a match between Reigns and Karrion Kross, it will happen at a SmackDown episode or at Survivor Series in November.
