WWE Legend is responsible for a major change in WWE’s day to day functioning, responsible for a big alteration by the chairman, and WWE mass culling has started again, this time overseas. Let’s reveal all the news in details now…

Liv Morgan dominates today’s WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 news roundup

Liv Morgan, the reigning SmackDown Women’s champion, got into an ugly Twitter spat with fellow superstar Shotzi and after some back and forth banter, the champ got accused by the green haired superstar of getting another former superstar Ruby Riott fired. Liv had tweeted that she will be ready for Shayna Baszler come Cash at the Castle next month

“My arm may not be 100% yet, but I’ll still be ready for Shayna at Clash at the Castle” she had tweeted.

To which Shotzi responded by saying she was faking her arm injury. To this the champ replied by asking her to ask for a match on SmackDown. Morgan then pointed out that Shotzi had deactivated her account in the past and recommended a book for her to read : The Insecure Girl’s Handbook..

To this Shotzi accused Liv of getting Ruby Riot released and responded harshly:

“Is this what you read after you got ruby fired? Look at Liv Morgan trying to collect green haired tattooed girls to run over! Not me babe! I do the running over!”

It’s not known why Shotzi would accuse Morgan of doing something so serious. Maybe she knows something we don’t. What we do know is that Morgan and Riot were a part of the same team, Riot Squad, and Ruby is a performer with AEW.

The champ finally ended this back and forth of tweets by sharing a pic of Ruby Riot with the caption

Ric Flair features on WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 news roundup

At Madison Square Garden, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Fair’s promo against Randy Orton in 2004 got a major change in the way promos are done in WWE now.

According to ex-WWE writer Brian Gewirtz, in an unscripted rant, the Nature Boy accused Orton of being inexperienced and had some controversial statement which got him yelled at by Vince McMahon who was concerned about the corporate sponsors present backstage. This is what got WWE to do away with unscripted promos and for Vince McMahon to know and approve all promos beforehand.

Despite this faux pas, Flair shares a great bond with the former WWE chairman and has thanked him many times in his promos even for other companies. For helping him financially and for putting him in the WWE intros. Be it risqué, but unscripted promos were definitely more entertaining and they need to make a comeback…

WWE NXT UK going through mass culling

NXT UK is being rebranded as NXT Europe by 2023 and will be temporarily inactive till then. But nobody thought that this would mean a fresh serving of talent releases. Unfortunately, former NXT UK Tag Team Champions Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster, Wild Boar and french female superstar Amale have all been shown the door.

They’ve all taken to twitter to thank WWE for their time there and although it isn’t sure if Amale is leaving, it is probable from her tweet. This isn’t anything new for WWE who have mass released talent in the past two years and this could very well happen on NXT UK too. It remains to be seen if they repeat it again.
