John Cena has remained the face of WWE for so many years but now he hardly performs due to his commitments in Hollywood. This September will mark one year since Cena officially had a match in WWE.
In less than 4 weeks, the mega show WWE Clash at the Castle is scheduled to take place in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Fans are discussing whether The Cenation leader will appear for the event or not.

WWE came up with an interesting clip on social media where John was seen expressing his excitement for the show, further he did his signature gesture and told, “He can’t wait to see Clash at the castle”. This led to fans debating if that is the indication of a return or just a promotional video.

Cena headed back to WWE during his 20 year anniversary celebration. Original plans for him was to take on Money in the bank winner Theory one on one at Summerslam but eventually didn’t happened amid Vince’s departure. So, we can expect the dream match to happen inside The Principality Stadium.
Taking reference from the video, he was in Cardiff for Comic-Con event which strongly makes us believe that he would be in the city. We don’t know his appropriate status of what he’s going to do if WWE books Cena to appear at the event. Being a marquee event there’s strong belief WWE may utilize John Cena to please the fans and give them their unforgettable moment.

Here’s what he had said on RAW during his 20th anniversary celebration. “If physically, I’m slower, I’ve said openly to everyone that I will keep doing this until I feel I’m offending the customer. I will continually go out there and do what I can to contribute and add.” It will be interesting to see if he has a match again.
