The Miz is the only Superstar in WWE history who is a two-time Grand Slam champion. He has achieved enormous success in the company. Right now, he is a member of the WWE RAW roster, and on the most recent edition of the red brand, he hosted Roman Reigns’ special counsel Paul Heyman on his talk show, Miz TV.
During the segment, Heyman and the A-Lister discussed the Money in the Bank contracts and how they can change the careers of the Superstars who win the briefcase. The Miz has won the contract twice, with the latest one coming in 2020, where he defeated Otis to become the new Mr. Money in the Bank.
Miz then took help from Bobby Lashley to dethrone Drew McIntyre as the WWE Champion. Lashley then went to win the title from Miz, who only proved to be a transitional champion ahead of WWE WrestleMania 37.
While the A-Lister has not yet qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match for 2022, he is hopeful that he could make it to the ladder match and win the briefcase for the third time in his career. The A-Lister has won the WWE Championship twice in his career, and both times he won it by cashing-in in the Money in the Bank contract.
The Miz and Paul Heyman had an interesting exchange on RAW
During the Miz TV segment, the two stars had a chat about the stats related to MITB. The overall success rate is 85%, while the A-Lister has 100% and the ones challenging Roman Reigns have 0%.
“No matter what the percentage rate has been in the past, when the champion is Roman Reigns, that percentage rate goes down to ZERO,” said Paul Heyman on RAW.
Just saying I’ve been 100% successful when cashing in my #MITB contracts 🤔 #WWERaw https://t.co/rvpIyV3PX5
