The Instagram page of John Cena is a conundrum that nobody can make sense of, and everybody is left puzzled. Often the WWE Universe wonders in the comments, whether it’s a real page of the mega star or is managed by some 8-year-old kid posting on his behalf.
There are never any kind of descriptions on the photos he posts, and it seems he randomly posts things off the internet, sometimes with some kindergarten kid level editing, and he leaves it to the internet audience to interpret the meaning of his posts. In fact, that’s what his Insta profile says:
Welcome to my Instagram. These images will be posted without explanation, for your interpretation. Enjoy.
In his latest post, he has posted a hilarious image of WWE RAW superstar Austin Theory smiling for his selfie that he takes in the ring, usually. This has sparked rumors of a potential match between the two in the future, as can be seen in the comments. Cena has been busy with his film projects with no plans of putting on his wrestling boots any time soon.
John Cena posted this pic of Austin Theory on his Instagram cause fans were saying he looks like Theory with his beard. HE IS NOT COMING BACK TO WRESTLE!
And yes, John reads our tweets and sees our IG stories. Trust me, I KNOW🥴 Hi John! pic.twitter.com/5E5YuPR29m

But Theory being a protégé of Vince McMahon himself and current holder of the Money In The Bank briefcase, fans have high expectations from him.
Who will face John Cena at WrestleMania 39?
Many people draw similarities between Cena and Theory. Both having debuted at a young age with WWE. Both having a Bodybuilding background. Both being brash and cocky at the early stage of their careers. And both being handpicked by Vince McMahon himself. It’s been reported that McMahon sees Theory as a Young John Cena.
Not the one to shy away from publicity, Theory has in fact called out Cena, earlier this year when he was the US champion, by claiming he is a better US Champion than Cena was. Cena had responded, unlike his Instagram shenanigans, in a very classy way:
Everyone understands that you have far more talent, strength, and gifts than I ever had. Don’t apologize for that. Ever. An apology should come 20 years from now if you fail to provide the EFFORT needed to turn your potential into your legacy. I hope that day never comes. 🥃 https://t.co/3apKiTwgDw

Coming back to Cena’s bizarre Instagram, it’s actually kind of genius if you think about because it does get people talking about him and maintains his relevancy. And with almost 18 million followers, he isn’t complaining.
