Cody Rhodes just received a huge endorsement from a former World Champion and WWE Hall of Famer. Former champion Kurt Angle has gone on record to say that Cody Rhodes will be the one who will win vs Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.
The Olympic Gold medalist has a podcast called the Kurt Angle Show. On it’s latest episode, he revealed who he thought would win on the grandest stage of them all. He said he was expecting Cody to win there and also put his money on Rhea Ripley.
“Without a doubt, I think those matches are going to be really, really good. You know, Cody Rhodes. I’m expecting him to win this thing. I think it’s his time and Rhea Ripley, I wouldn’t doubt if she won it, too. She’s been up and coming. She’s been pretty strong lately. So, you never know,” Angle said.

Who will win Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns match?
The American Nightmare vs The Bloodline’s Tribal Chief for the Undisputed WWE Universal titles is going to happen at WrestleMania 39. Rhodes won this opportunity against his formidable opponent at the Men’s Royal Rumble match last month where he entered at #30 and won it all. He confirmed he’ll be going after Roman Reigns on the next RAW & even competed in his first match since injury.
Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley won the Women’s Royal Rumble match after entering at #1, breaking all records. However, Ripley decided to face SmackDown’s Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s championship, although she’s a RAW superstar.
"That would be the biggest news in wrestling history."

Although Kurt is a highly decorated veteran, he never won a Royal Rumble match. He once made it to the final 2 of the 2002 Royal Rumble match but was eliminated by Triple H. This is a fact he regrets and had talked about it last month on his show.
