In less than 24 hours, the biggest festival of summer, namely WWE SummerSlam will be upon us and be prepared to witness absolute madness as the superstars are all set to wreak sheer carnage. There is a list of big matches which have been booked and most importantly, SummerSlam would be a crucial part of the storytelling that has taken shape in fine fashion.
Out of all the big matches that have so far been booked, two matches would have a stipulation for the first time which has never been seen in WWE till date. One of them is a Tribal Combat that would witness Roman Reigns and Jey Uso go head on against each other while in a MMA battle, Shayna Baszler would be confronting Ronda Rousey. With all said and done, here is a list of predictions for all the matches at SummerSlam.
#1 Cody Rhodes vs Brock Lesnar
Cody and Brock have taken the rivalry to another level without any proper storyline which is simply an ode to the brilliance of the wrestling flair of the two individuals. Cody is an exceptional fighter while Brock we all know is the beast incarnate. Expect this to be a full blown battle and in all likelihood, Cody Rhodes would be the winner, taking a gigantic stride towards glory.

#2 Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor
Though it can be a very close contest where two powerhouses of the industry collide, Seth Rollins should ideally retain the title without breaking a sweat while Finn Balor would be coming close. This match may witness Damian Priest trying to cash in but a rivalry with Finn Balor would kickstart thereby costing Priest the contract and also sparking a new enmity.
Winner: Seth Rollins
#3 Asuka vs Charlotte Flair vs Bianca Belair
Another power-packed battle and expect all sorts of damage to unfurl ahead of our eyes. This is probably after a long time that we would be seeing a triple-threat match for the Divas and there would be no half-measures whatsoever. All three wrestlers would be absolutely relentless and expect all sorts of drama to unfurl.

#4 Ricochet vs Logan Paul
Ricochet and Logan Paul’s storyline is all about glam. However, both the grapplers are simply phenomenal. They are agile and they are exotic. Expect the moves to come off from various ringsides and tables and also expect Ricochet and Logan Paul to pull off a match that would probably exceed all expectations. Amidst all the chaos, in all likelihood, Ricochet would be leading the charge for the victory.

#5 Gunther vs Drew McIntyre
The Ring-General, Gunther decided to take on Drew McIntyre and both would be very feisty contenders. Gunther had a rare setback on the latest house episode. Gunther is undoubtedly one of the finest that the ring has to offer in the modern day roster wherein McIntyre would match him ounce for ounce. With all said and done, don’t expect Gunther to lose the title right now.

#6 Ronda Rousey vs Shayna Baszler
Rousey and Baszler are probably amazing friends and all of it started with MMA coming in to the frame. And that is the exact angle that would witness Ronda and Shayna going head on against each other. Rousey is obviously an UFC expert and unless she saw her fortunes tipping against Holly Holmes, she continued to battle her heart out. Baszler haven’t been involved with UFC but does share a MMA background. Let’s just hope that experience prevails.

#7 SummerSlam Battle Royal
This is the time where WWE should try and bare their weapons and maybe this is the best opportunity to get LA Knight on board. The best way to do that is make him win the Battle Royale and if he still doesn’t get it, well WWE may miss out on a major star.

#8 Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso
No matter how good Jey Uso has been, when it comes to defending the Title, don’t expect him to drop it just yet. However, the fight is going to be a full-blown battle that would see two superstars going with all their mind-boggling tricks. Expect Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman to step in but at the end it is going to be Roman who should usually lift the championship belt.
