WWE RAW Superstar Seriously Injured, Referee Gets Involved After Concern

This week’s go-home edition of WWE NXT for its upcoming PLE, NXT Heatwave, featured main roster stars New Catch Republic, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate in tag team action. However, it seems that Bate might have suffered an injury during this week’s show.

On this week’s WWE NXT episode, Tyler Bate teamed up with Pete Dunne to face the tag team of The Hank and Tank Connection. The match was intense and action-packed, with both sides displaying a stellar showdown.

During the match, Hank used his size advantage to overpower the Bruiserweight, Pete Dunne. The duo then executed stereo suicide dives, taking out the New Catch Republic on the outside. Dunne managed to land a kick on Hank but was quickly hit by a suplex.

Which WWE RAW Superstar probably suffered a serious injury?

Hank moved off the top rope as the match moved ahead, but Pete Dunne countered with a knee strike. Dunne then twisted Hank’s fingers, setting up for his partner, Tyler Bate, to hit a smashing Corkscrew Plancha off the top rope and pin his shoulders to the mat for the win.

However, Tyler Bate may have injured his arm during the match. Multiple fans noted that Bate used only one hand when going for the pinfall. After the bout, when the WWE official attempted to raise Tyler Bate’s arm in victory, Pete Dunne stopped the referee from lifting his partner’s injured arm. The extent of the New Catch Repulic member’s injury is currently unknown, and whether it is a severe or minor issue remains unclear.

New Catch Republic have been making waves with their appearances on SmackDown and NXT together. Moreover, many speculated that they would be soon in line for a tag team title match. However, with this recent unfortunate situation, fans and officials alike are hoping for Tyler Bate’s swift recovery.
