WWE Night Of Champions 2023 Predictions: Who Will Win World Heavyweight Championship?

There is a lot of hype over Seth Rollins winning the new World Heavyweight Championship title at the Night of Champions. According to rumors, Rollins will be the new World Heavyweight Champion since he failed to win the inaugural Universal Championship.

On this week’s RAW, Rollins had an argument with Paul Heyman and wrestled Solo Sikoa in the main event. The Visionary pointed out The Bloodline’s leader Roman Reigns doesn’t have a clean victory over him yet. Bloodline’s enforcer, Sikoa, then came out to silence him but failed as Usos jumped Seth, giving him the DQ victory. Rollins hasn’t lost a match this year since his loss to Austin Theory on the January 2nd edition of RAW.

WWE Head of Creative, Triple H, introduced the new title belt on RAW a week before the WWE Draft. Rollins has had his eyes on the new championship since and has been quite vocal about it. Triple H had dropped a hint on a babyface winning the title then. He had said that the winner “wouldn’t need to demand an acknowledgment” from the audience.

There are a number of top babyface contenders on RAW for winning the new championship. Apart from Seth, Drew McIntyre could be a top contender as well. He recently got drafted to RAW and he was a heavy favorite to dethrone Reigns at Clash at the Castle.

Drew lost the match, but it wasn’t a clean victory for Reigns due to Solo’s interference. Cody Rhodes, who battled Roman at WrestleMania 39, is another strong contender. He too lost because of Sikoa’s interference. But with Sikoa out of the way after moving to SmackDown, a new babyface world champion on RAW is underway.

WWE will crown the new champion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at The Night of Champions. It is going to be fun to watch who makes a run for the title, leading up to the PLE.
