The one night of the year where everything is off-limits in the WWE is only one week away i.e WWE Extreme Rules taking place on October 8 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The WWE Extreme Rules 2022 match card will be making its debut in the month of October and also on a Saturday instead of the traditional WWE pay-per-view day, Sunday.
The match card for this edition of WWE Extreme Rules 2022 looks to be one of the most exciting line-ups in the pay-per-view’s history, under the management of the WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H.
WWE Extreme Rules show will see the Smackdown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan defend her title against Ronda Rousey in an Extreme Rules match. Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins will square off against each other in a Fight Pit, while Drew McIntyre will take on Karrion Kross in a Strap match.

The long-standing rivalry of Bianca Belair and Bayley coming to a decisive end in a Ladder match for the RAW Women’s Championship. Edge and Finn Balor will face off against each other for the first time in a brutal I Quit match and The Brawling Brutes and The Imperium will fight each in a Six-man tag team Good Old Fashioned Donnybrook match.

A stacked match card for the pay-per-view is looking to add two more matches. According to Xero News, the other matches rumored to take place at the event are The Miz vs Dexter Lumis with an extreme match stipulation that could be added to the mix. Lumis’ weeks of mind games with the Awesome One looking to culminate in a one-on-one encounter at the event.
The other match will reportedly be Braun Strowman taking on the Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) in a handicap match with The Monster Among Men’s one arm tied behind his back as a match condition.
