After the grand success of Clash at the Castle, WWE will be heading towards their next PPV – Extreme Rules, which is scheduled to take place on the 8th of October. Fans have already started making their WWE Extreme Rules 2022 predictions.
Extreme Rules is that significant event of the year where numerous matchups happen under hardcore stipulations. It would be exciting to see how WWE constructs a solid match card for Extreme Rules as Roman Reigns is likely to miss the show.
Let’s make some early predictions of a full match card for WWE Extreme Rules 2022.
1. WWE Extreme Rules 2022 predictions – The Miz vs Dexter Lumis
The pop that Dexter Lumis got for attacking The Miz was crazy. The slow burn to this moment has been great pic.twitter.com/UWpt2ns6ak

Dexter Lumis is proving to be a very good addition to the Raw roster. He is involved in a very entertaining storyline with The Miz. The Awesome One could challenge him at Extreme Rules to meet face-to-face and conclude the feud in a physical battle.
2. WWE Extreme Rules 2022 predictions – Seth Rollins vs Matt Riddle (No Disqualification Match)
Seth Rollins is not going to get rid of Matt Riddle very easily after making dreadful comments about his wife and personal life. WWE could use this sensitive angle to continue the heated rivalry onto Extreme Rules. Including a No Disqualification stipulation could take the contest to another level.
3. Imperium vs The Brawling Brutes (Street Fight Match)
Sheamus versus Gunther went down as one of the most brutal physical fights in the books of WWE. With The Imperium reuniting at Clash at the Castle, they could lock horns with The Brawling Brutes and have a 6-man tag team match at Extreme Rules. Adding a Street Fight stipulation to the match would definitely steal the show.
4) Bayley vs Bianca Belair for Raw Women’s championship

Damage CTRL emerged as a victorious side at Clash at the Castle, beating the team of Asuka, Alexa Bliss & Bianca Belair. Bayley pinned the Raw Women’s champion clean to resume their feud and build their rivalry moving forward.
It is likely that Bayley will get a championship shot at Extreme Rules against The EST. It would also be a fitting main event for the show.
5. WWE Extreme Rules 2022 predictions – Liv Morgan vs Ronda Rousey for SmackDown women’s championship
Liv Morgan knocked down Shayna Baszler and successfully retained her title. Ronda Rousey was not offered another rematch against Liv Morgan due to suspension orders laid on her. The Baddest Woman on the Planet is now freed from all the charges and would be keen to recapture the SmackDown Women’s championship at Extreme Rules.
6) Dominik Mysterio vs Rey Mysterio
We witnessed one of the most shocking heel turns in WWE when Dominik betrayed his own father, Rey Mysterio, at Clash at the Castle PPV. Dominik joined The Judgment Day on Raw and is set to collide with Edge next week. With Dominik standing on the opposite side, WWE fans hope that a fight is planned between the father and son.
7. Drew McIntyre vs Karion Kross (Extreme Rules Match)
Ever since Karion Kross made his comeback in WWE, Drew McIntyre has been his prime target. The way things have progressed between the two superstars, they are likely to be put up in a match at Extreme Rules. Announcing it as an Extreme Rules match will draw a lot of attention to the show.
