Riddle challenged Seth Rollins to a match at WWE Clash at the Castle this past week on WWE RAW. The two have been at each other’s throats for quite some time now. Things took an intense turn after Rollins injured Riddle, leading him to miss WWE SummerSlam 2022. However now that it’s official, it’s time for WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 predictions.
This is a match where neither of the two can afford to lose. Seth ‘Freaking’ Rollins currently boasts of an abysmal PLE win-loss record, losing the majority of his matches. On the other hand, Riddle spent a big part of the year fighting the Bloodline and getting beat up.

Thus, it is extremely difficult to predict who will win the match. Seth Rollins currently portrays a deranged character, and is someone who doesn’t need to win regularly to stay relevant. On the other hand, Riddle is someone who is immensely popular with the WWE Universe. He got over organically as a babyface- something which is very difficult in WWE. So it makes sense to put Riddle over Rollins. Seth is an established star and getting a win over him would be a huge boost for Riddle’s career.

WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 early predictions hint that Seth Rollins may win
But there’s a strong case for the opposite as well. There’s only so many times that Rollins can put over other guys before losing to him loses meaning. Seth Rollins is one of the biggest active male stars in WWE currently. He should win sometimes to maintain his credibility. His feud with Riddle is something that doesn’t really have any high stakes attached to it.
Riddle can be rehabilitated by building him up through the midcard once again. Rollins, on the other hand, is a main-eventer who needs to maintain his credibility. In addition to all of this, Seth Rollins is a Triple H guy through and through. Triple H being the head of creative could very well help Rollins’ case.
Prediction: Seth Rollins beats Riddle in clean fashion.
