“WrestleMania 39 I need it,” Twitter reacts as Austin Theory posts photo with John Cena

The Blue-Chip Austin Theory has been known to be one of the fastest rising WWE Superstars. His meteoric rise as Vince McMahon’s protégé gained a lot of momentum. Since then, he reigned as a one-time WWE United States Champion and Mr. Money in the Bank. Many have credited Theory as a younger version of WWE legend John Cena.

John Cena is credited to be one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time. The 16-time World Champion has captured every major accolade in the WWE and has moved on to pursue his acting aspirations in Hollywood. Since then, his appearances have become less and less.

Cena returned to the WWE back in June 2022 to celebrate his 20th anniversary in the WWE. Furthermore, this edition of Monday Night RAW saw Theory and Cena come face-to-face with each other. Both Superstars had slight heated confrontation.

Moreover, Cena exited the conversation as Theory attempted to take a selfie. Since then, John Cena has not been seen on WWE television programming.

Austin Theory on the other hand has been suffering a major downfall ever since Vince McMahon retired. Theory’s push has somewhat been derailed ever since Triple H took over as Head of Creative.

He has not been featured regularly on WWE TV as he used during Vince’s era. This week on RAW also saw Theory unsuccessfully cashing in his MITB on WWE United States Champion Seth Rollins. It looks Theory has decided to re-ignite his push on his own again.
