World Cup 2023: Australia schedule for the World Cup

Australia: World Cup 2023 is around the corner. The mega event is just over 3 months away from now as the official schedule of the tournament has been announced. The carnival of cricket will begin from the 5th October and the final is all set to take place on the 19th November. 10 teams will fight hard in 48 matches and would be looking to take home the crown of cricket.

It’s fair to say that Australia will be one of the hot candidates to win the ICC World Cup 2023 as it seems that they have turned back the time and are in the rampaging form just like the early 2000s. They can be dangerous for all the teams but their main goal will be to lift the 6th title.

Australia will be up against India in their first match of the tournament. The two Titans will clash with each other in Chennai on 8th October. Their second match will be against South Africa in Lucknow on 13th October before taking on Qualifier 2 at the same venue in Lucknow.

Aussies will then move to Bengaluru to face Pakistan on October 20th  and after that, they will take on Qualifier 1 on 25th October at Delhi. The Pat Cummins-led side will be then seen in action against New Zealand. The two teams will be up against each other on October 28th in Dharamsala.

The Men in Yellow  after that will face their arch-rivals  England on 4th November. The game will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Pat Cummins-led side will be moving to Maharashtra for their last two games. They will take on Afghanistan and Bangladesh on November 7th and November 12th respectively.
