Will Drew McIntyre Leave WWE In 2024? Here Is The Latest Update On His Contract

Drew McIntyre has been a force to reckon with and the kind of wrestling flair that has been shown by the Scottish warrior is simply amazing. Of late, however, the kind of frenetic run that he has been in the midst of with a double-prone rivalry has been outstanding. He is facing CM Punk at one end while challenging Seth Rollins at the other and the fans have always loved the heel McIntyre more than the babyface.

Actually to be honest, in this latest storyline, McIntyre isn’t exactly a heel. He is somewhat of a fighter fighting for his own cause and challenging the might of two wrestling icons. This is a new vertical that has been explored by WWE and this is working wonders, to be honest. However, one question mark that looms large is whether McIntyre will be around for long, particularly with interest from Tony Khan and the lack of a title run.

Here is what may have been the clue for the future of Drew McIntyre

However, kind of putting all rumours to bed, the former WWE champion, Drew has signed a new contract with WWE as per reports. And that makes him a hot pick for the upcoming days, particularly keeping in mind the dream run that he is in the midst of. Drew recently cost Sami Zayn his match-up against Shinsuke Nakamura but the American Nightmare was out to make the save for Zayn.

As things stand, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn, LA Knight, Bobby Lashley and Randy Orton has already made their way to the Elimination Chamber. The winner of the contest is going to challenge Seth Rollins at WrestleMania for the title.

According to a report by PWInsider, McIntyre is being advertised for an event in Italy which is slated to be played in May which is a month after the Showcase of Immortals. That clearly is a sign that developments have happened and we are in for more of the Scottish Psychopath.
