“Where’s His Title Shot?”- Rikishi Complains To WWE Management About Poor Booking Of His Son Jey Uso

WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has built a storied legacy in the company, and now, it is being elevated with the singles success of his son, Jey Uso. However, Rikishi has not been happy with WWE not putting the rocket on his son’s captivating persona and sent out a message to them.

Ever since Jey Uso moved to Monday Night RAW to pursue a singles career after being a part of the tag team division for years, the sky has been the limit for him. Jey has been able to find his own identity, separate from being a part of his family’s stable, The Bloodline and tag team with his brother Jimmy, The Usos. That has been very much evident each week on RAW, with the fans mesmerized by his presence.

Jey Uso’s dynamic entrance, leading the YEET chants among fans, mixing it up with the fireflies and impressive in-ring talent has made him a top fixture on Monday Night RAW. Moreover, The Main Event One was a heavy favourite to win the Money in the Bank briefcase, but WWE wasted the opportunity by putting it on Drew McIntyre as part of his rivalry with CM Punk.

What did Rikishi send out to WWE regarding their booking of Jey Uso on Monday Night RAW?

Witnessing his rising popularity and WWE still not giving him the rightful opportunity, Jey’s father, Rikishi, took to his X to call out WWE, demanding a major title shot for him and asking the WWE Universe and the members of his YEET movement to back him up.

“MAIN EVENT STATUS #YeetMan. Where’s is (sic) title shot???? #stopplayin. @WWE Universe, back him up!! #MainEventJey LFG!!!”

WWE has now slated Jey Uso in the most popular WWE storyline on RAW, which is about Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan. So it will be interesting to see if that leads him to his path for a World Championship run, as his father wishes to see.
