WWE SummerSlam was another blockbuster PLE that made us go gaga over the entire storyline cooked by Triple H and company. From Roman Reigns’ return to some exquisite storytelling featuring the likes of the Bloodline 2.0, Rhea Ripley and the trio of Seth Rollins, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre to some serious cooking with the new champions, the fans went crazy over the entire show.
In a video released by WWE featuring two of the biggest icons of all time, Randy Orton and Undertaker, WWE took its universe to a fantastic land of storytelling.
The video showed both Taker and Randy Orton were conversing with each other with abundance of hand gestures and just the cool and composed tones that they are known for, off the camera when they are not a part of the storyline. It brought in a lot of nostalgia for all the WWE fans.

It was captioned, “Just two legends chopping it up at SummerSlam.” Fans were hyped up to see two of their favourite superstars come together and eventually discuss wrestling or possible anecdotes from their personal lives. Taker wasn’t involved in any action in SummerSlam but Randy Orton made a guest appearance in the clash between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa where he and Kevin Owens teamed up against the mighty Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa to clear the path for Cody’s win.
Here is what was cooked at WWE SummerSlam
The PLE started with a match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan where the latter emerged victorious after Dominik Mysterio played spoilsport for Mami. Eventually after the match, he went onto kiss Liv, starting what now will be an epic storyline that would feature Rhea and Dominik going head on against the rest of the Judgment Day.
There were also four new champions crowned as Nia Jax claimed the women’s championship from Bayley while LA Knight won his first title by drubbing Logan Paul and to finish things off Bron Breakker broke Sami Zayn to clinch the inter-continental title. The last change of belts saw Gunther clinching the heavyweight championship from Damian Priest.
