The ongoing final of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) is currently taking place between India and Australia at the Oval, England. India skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to field first. His decision didn’t pay off as Australia dominated on the first day with the bat.
Watch – Mohammed Siraj furiously throws the ball at Steve Smith after the batter walks away at the last minute
After the hard-fought day 1 for India, where they conceded 327 runs, Indian bowlers were quite fired up on the second day. Although they leaked a bit of runs upfront but their intensity on the field was good.
Mohammed Siraj, in particular, was threatening as he gave death stares to Australian batters after his follow-through. However, what caught the attention of many was when he threw the ball angrily to Steve Smith after the batter walked away as he was about to deliver his ball.
It was during the 86th over when ahead of the fourth ball, Steve Smith was disrupted by a spider camera. As Mohammed Siraj was just about to deliver his ball, he pulled out. This made the pacer angry and he threw the ball to the batter.
