“Virat Kohli will make his own club,” Ross Taylor feels Indian batter will play 150 games in all formats

Former New Zealand cricketer Ross Taylor has heaped rich praise on Indian batter Virat Kohli. He said that the former Indian skipper will make his own club and will play 150 games in all three formats of the game.

Virat Kohli is considered one of the best batters to have played the game of cricket. After struggling in the initial phase of his career, the right-hander wrote a story of his own, which has seen turning him into the King of cricket.

Kohli has tasted a lot of career success and is still breaking numerous records along the way and is one of the leading batters in all three formats of the game and perhaps also one of the best leaders India has ever produced.

Ever since he took charge of the team, he set new standards in Indian cricket and made the Indian side one of the most dominant sides in world cricket today. He insisted on a fearless attitude in the players that have helped the team reach new heights in world cricket.

Not only in just format, but Virat Kohli has also set standards high in all three formats and is the only batter in world cricket with an average nearing 50 in all three formats. He already has played over 250 games in ODIs and has featured in 102 Tests and 114 T20Is so far.

Ross Taylor feels that Virat Kohli will have his own club and it’s very much possible that can play 150 games in all three formats of the game. Speaking about the Indian batter, he said:

Kohli’s stars and numbers clearly define why he can be well considered the greatest of all time. Having an average of around 50 in all three formats of the game which speaks about his consistency as a batter. Kohli has scored more than 24000 runs across the formats and is still going strong.

Talking about ODIs, the batter averages 57.68 and has 12344 runs to his name. In Tests, he has 8074 runs with an average nearing 50. He’s leading run-getters in the T20Is with more than 3900 runs to his name at an average of 50.85. Adding to his tally, he has 72 international tons and the number is expected to only rise as he still has ample cricket left in him.
