UP Yoddha have had a decent start to their PKL 8 campaign as they see themselves standing at the sixth position in the points table with a win and a loss after two matches. In their opening game of the season, they had to suffer a 38-33 defeat against the defending champions Bengal Warriors. However, the Yoddhas held their nerves in their recent encounter against Patna Pirates to seal a 36-36 win.
On the other hand, Jaipur Pink Panthers have also had a similar run so far after two matches as they are standing at the seventh spot in the PKL 8 points table winning and losing one match each. They were handed a 34-27 defeat by Gujarat Giants in their opening game but made a strong comeback with a thrilling 40-38 win over the Haryana Steelers.
