There have been quite a few sportspersons in India whose biopic has been presented on the big screen in the form of Bollywood movies in recent years and all those movies have been widely liked by the audience. This was the story of Sachin Tendulkar who is arguably the greatest cricketer produced by India ever. Sachin made it to the Indian team at the age of just 16 years and remained an integral part of the Indian set-up for the next 24 years.

Milkha Singh, because of his contribution to the country, was awarded Padma Shri as well. The movie, in which Milkha’s role was played by the Indian actor Farhan Akhtar, turned out to be a super-hit movie.
