“There Won’t Be Another Andre But This Guy Is As Close As We’ve Come”- The Undertaker Heaped Praise On WWE Superstar Omos

The Undertaker will always have a special place in the hearts of the WWE fans because of his incredible WrestleMania streak. He remained undefeated in 21 back-to-back matches at the grandest stage of ’em all. Brock Lesnar broke his streak at WrestleMania XXX and stunned the world.

Lesnar went on to become one of the most dangerous world champions of all time in WWE after that win over The Undertaker. Nine years after defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania, Brock Lesnar is set to step inside the ring at the grandest stage to take on Omos this year.

Many fans were surprised when The Nigerian Giant challenged the Beast Incarnate to a match at WrestleMania 39. Rumors claimed that WWE pitched an idea to Stone Cold Steve Austin for him to have a fight against Lesnar in Los Angeles. However, the same did not work out as Stone Cold turned them down.

Omos then issued an open challenge to Lesnar, which he accepted this week on RAW. While Omos is yet to win a major singles title on the main roster, fans should note that The Undertaker once heaped praise on him.

The Undertaker explains why Omos is special

Omos has worked multiple gimmicks in his short WWE career so far. He was a member of the Ninja group of Akira Tozawa in 2020. Soon after, WWE used him as a bodyguard on Shane McMahon’s show, RAW Underground. Omos also formed a tag team with AJ Styles and won the tag team championships on the red brand.

During an appearance on WWE’s The Bump show two years, ago, The Undertaker spoke highly about Omos and said:
