Santino Marrella Discloses What Kane Told Him After Eliminating Him From WWE Royal Rumble 2009 In 1.5 Seconds

When it came to Royal Rumble, the shortest eliminations make quite the headline. The shortest duration in the ring belongs to Santino Marella who lasted 1.5 seconds after Kane eliminated him in the 2009 Royal Rumble.

Marella being the infectious superstar that he is always, came roaring to the ring but eventually as soon as he entered the ring, the Big Red Machine, Kane hit him with a massive clothesline and that took Marella out of the ring.

However, what truly happened? Well in a video released by WWE, Marella revealed the entire scenario that led to the storyline and that was well settled in the historic pages of humour and till date remains the quickest elimination of all time.

In the video released by WWE, Marella was seen s aying that they were fighting over a piece of chicken. Both of the stars were fighting over the piece of chicken with their respective forks. Eventually it was Marella who won the fight about the chicken and had it. When Kane took a look at Marella, he said that you need to be ready always.

Kane kept this in mind and when Marella came out, the monstrous wrestler waited with bated breath. Even before Marella could make his seconds count, Kane was on him and the next thing he knew that he was there on the ground rolling.

Apparently, before Marella could realise what happened, Kane whispered to him in a lip-reading moment, saying, “You have to be ready always”. That settled it all but then in the Royal Rumble matches, moments like these are actually fun.
