Pakistan fans on Twitter were in a sigh of relief as England fail to break the record for the most runs off the first over in Test cricket after being on the verge of breaking it. They took a jibe at hosts’ blowing up and also gave hilarious reactions, reminding visitors that they are playing Test not T20I
England off the flyer in the first Test against Pakistan in Rawalpindi
After a lot of doubts over the commencement of the first Test between Pakistan and England, the game finally underwent and it has been nothing short of entertainment so far. The visitors won the toss and put on the show for ages with the bat.
Zack Crawley took his team off the flyer as he smashed 14 runs in the first over against Naseem Shah and since then he didn’t look back. Ben Duckett too joined his teammate as both the openers activated the T20 made and smashed boundaries for fun.
England have been playing Test cricket for over 145 years, but they had never scored more runs in the first session of a Test match than they did today. 174/0 has been written in the record books, Rawalpindi as a venue has shattered a few records already. #PAKvENG

In what has been a batting paradise, Crawley raised his fifty off just 38 balls whereas Duckett made a run-a-ball fifty himself on the comeback. Thanks to their fiery knock England got their 100 in just 13.5 overs.
The openers have made a strong Pakistani bowling lineup look ordinary as not even a single maiden over was bowled in the first session, which saw 174 runs being scored in just 27 overs.
