Virat Kohli practices during the tea break in the first Test against Bangladesh
Indian batter Virat Kohli didn’t have a good outing in the first innings of the first Test between Bangladesh and India in Chattogram. Many expected him to set the stage on fire but this wasn’t the case as he scored just 1 run in his first outing in whites after a while.
Virat came to bat when India lost the first two wickets for just 45 runs. It was expected that the right-hander will play a good knock and bail his team out of trouble. But he too perished early to leave India tottering at 48/3.
It was the third ball of the 20th over when Taijul Islam bowled a short delivery to which Kohli went on the back foot to play leg-side, the ball spun sharply from the middle of the pitch and struck him on the back pad and the umpire didn’t take much longer to raise his finger. The former Indian skipper took a review but that too didn’t go his way as back into the hut for just 1 run.
However, this didn’t stop Kohli from batting as after his dismissal, he during the tea break, was seen practising against the left-arm spinner of Sourabh Kumar.

Here's one thing Virat Kohli can actually do to improve his game, forgo white ball matches for a while and play ranji games. Same for Rahul. I would respect them this way. But they are way too greedy, insecure and fame hungry to humble themselves. https://t.co/ajxNzIpZGV
