Will Mercedes Mone join AEW?

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is currently in London, enjoying the All In pay-per-view live at the Wembley Stadium. As per a report by him, there is a significant chance of Mercedes Mone joining AEW in the near future. Here’s what a tweet regarding the report stated:

“There have been recent conversations between Mercedes Monè & AEW. She’s “open” to appearing, with one source even showing heavy optimism that the two sides will be working together. Another source spoke as if it was in the works.”

It is unclear whether Mercedes will wrestle on AEW or just make guest appearances. There is a lot of history between Mercedes and Saraya. WWE fans would remember that a move from Sasha Banks led to Paige’s retirement. Now, their pro wrestling names are Mercedes Mone and Saraya.

Saraya also works for AEW. Hence, if at all Mercedes debuts in AEW as a wrestler, a lot of fans want her first feud to be against Saraya only.
