“That Same Year”- Virat Kohli Names 2 Cricket Matches That Broke His Heart

Former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli is one of the best cricketers in the world at the moment. Many cricket fans have compared him with the great Sachin Tendulkar because of his remarkable consistency on the field. While Kohli has dominated world cricket, there have been two instances when the game broke his heart as well.

In a candid chat with the Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kohli named the two matches that broke his heart. He was in peak form during the 2016 season. The right-handed batter smashed four centuries for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2016.

Although the Royal Challengers Bangalore did not have the best of the starts in that competition, the Bangalore-based franchise made it to the summit clash. Chris Gayle and Kohli provided a dream start to RCB in the IPL 2016 Final against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
