Pakistan Super League will start on February 13th. After the end of SA20 and ILT20, it will be non-stop entertainment for the fans of the format. In the initial stage of the tournament, a few games would happen at the Multan Cricket Stadium. On that note, here, we look at the pitch report of Multan Cricket Stadium and the weather conditions in Multan for PSL 2023.
Multan Sultans have been in good form in recent seasons. Hence, the fans would be excited to see them take the field again. All eyes would be on the Pakistan core not just for Multan Sultans but also for all the franchises. For this team, though, there are some experienced names such as Mohammed Rizwan and Shan Masood in the mix. There are also some top overseas imports such as Kieron Pollard, Tim David, David Miller, Rilee Rossouw and Adil Rashid, who will further strengthen this unit.

Interestingly, this popular stadium has not hosted a T20I so far. Even in the PSL, this venue has not seen a lot of games. Hence, the data for all teams will be less.
However, based on the general nature of how the pitch has behaved in ODIs and Tests, we can expect the batters to enjoy their time on this track. Also, it won’t be a surprise if the captain winning the toss opts to bat first on this venue.

The weather has not been a concern in Pakistan in the recent tournaments. It is likely to remain the same for PSL, too. While the temperatures could hit as high as 27 degrees celsius, they could also fall down to 8 degrees celsius on some days.
When it comes to rainfall, Multan is expected to be dry. Hence, all the games are likely to happen without any interruptions.
