The 2023 edition of the Pakistan Super League would now move to Lahore for a few games. On that note, here, we look at the pitch report of the Gaddafi Stadium and the weather conditions in Lahore for PSL 2023.
PSL has been on the rise in the last few days. The competition started on a good note but there were a few predictable games in the middle. However, the last couple of days in PSL have been exciting as some close games have been witnessed. For the popularity of the league, the organizers would want the tournament to continue.
Lahore Qalandars is one of the most popular teams in the league. They are the defending champions and have some of the finest players currently in the game. Shaheen Afridi would yet again be the key for this squad. The team will be concerned about the form of Haris Rauf, who has been inconsistent off late.

Like the other stadiums in Pakistan, this venue will also be a batting-friendly wicket. The other stadiums have shown some variations from their usual behaviour. It needs to be seen if the curators have something different to offer for PSL 2023.
In the games held till now, the average score batting first is above 170. This is also usually the winning score. It won’t be a surprise if the captain who wins the toss elects to bat first on this track.
