WWE Superstar Santos Escobar is one of the men who will participate in the 2023 Money in the Bank ladder match. The grand match is scheduled to take place on July 1 at the O2 Arena in London. It will be for the lucrative Money in the Bank contract which can be used to earn a championship match at any moment of the Superstar’s choosing.

WWE organized qualifying matches for the big match on both RAW and SmackDown. On last Friday night’s SmackDown episode, Santos Escobar secured his spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match by defeating Mustafa Ali in a singles match.

Soon after the match ended, Escobar posted a tweet on his official Twitter profile, where he could be seen preparing for his son’s 12th birthday and training for the Money in the Bank match at the same time. Posting a photo from the celebrations, Escobar wrote on Twitter:

Will Santos Escobar win WWE Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match?

The men’s WWE Money in the Bank ladder match 2023 seems to be an unpredictable one. For the first time in a long time, there are no clear favorites to win the contract this year. Along with Santos Escobar, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, LA Knight and Butch have qualified for the match.

The final entrant of this match will be decided on this week’s RAW episode, where former United States Champions and real-life friends Matt Riddle and Damian Priest will square off against each other. If Priest qualifies for the match, he will be among the top contenders to win.

LA Knight is the crowd favorite to win this match. Escobar’s chances are quite low, but the former WWE NXT Superstar can spring a surprise in London on July 1.
