“Oh My Gosh”- When Mickie James Named Top Male Star As Her Celebrity Crush

Mickie James is a renowned American pro-wrestler who is currently signed with Impact Wrestling, but her true fame came with her stint for WWE. However, her glitz and glam has not yet gone down in TNA either as she has bagged the Impact knockouts World Champion a staggering five times while grabbing the eyeballs during her stints in WWE and NWA.

She began her wrestling career in 1999 as a valet in the independent circuits where she performed under the ring name Alexis Laree. Her training stints feature glorious spells before finally hailing to NWA: Total Non-Stop Action (NWA: TNA, later Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, now Impact Wrestling) in 2002.

After a handful of appearances, she joined hands with a stable called the Gathering and became the only woman to be a part of the Clockwork Orange House of Fun Matches. She finally made her WWE debut in 2005 and was placed in a storyline with Trish Stratus where it all started with her being the greatest fan of Stratus before finally turning into an obsessed stalker that spanned for eight months.

This is what Mickie James had to say about her childhood crush

However, this story is about when Mickie James confessed her childhood crush, and it left the entire WWE universe gasp in awe when she blurted out the name on WWE Pop Question on February 13, 2020.

Once the question was answered, Mickie James blurted out the answer, stating, “Oh my Gosh, AC Slater!” Throwing in a bit of context of AC Slater, he is none other than Albert Clifford Slater who played a crucial role in the show called the Saved by the Bell.

Well, it wasn’t just Mickie who named a Saved by the Bell character, for Becky Lynch, the Man also named Zack Morris as her crush when she was just eight years, old, quite a show, right?
