“You Will Spend Money To Watch Him”- Mohammed Kaif Heaps Praise On RCB’s Fast Bowler

The 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League has entertained fans across the world with some top-quality matches and nail-biting thrillers this year. One of the teams that has done well this year is the one from Bangalore, named the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Former Indian cricket team batter Mohammed Kaif was very impressed with Josh Hazlewood, the star fast bowler of the RCB squad.

In a discussion on Star Sports after the match between the Lucknow Super Giants and the Royal Challengers Bangalore last night, Kaif mentioned that Hazlewood is one of the bowlers for whom someone would spend his money and watch his spell.

Yesterday, in the game between RCB and LSG, Hazlewood picked up four wickets for the Bangalore-based franchise. After the match, he mentioned that he enjoyed bowling in the conditions at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

Commenting on his brilliant spell, where he dismissed four LSG batters, Mohammed Kaif was quoted as saying as follows:

“You get dismissals like this (De Kock’s) in Test matches, line and length with the bounce and he got out in the slips. He has got the intelligence now, he used the yorker to dismiss Stoinis The first spell he bowled with the new ball, you will spend money to watch a spell like that.”

Mohammed Kaif thinks Royal Challengers Bangalore have a chance of winning the IPL this year

During the same show, Mohammed Kaif opined that over the last few years, RCB have had game-changers like Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli. But this year, they have one in the bowling department, named Josh Hazlewood.

Since RCB have also got good options to support Josh, Kaif felt that there is a chance of the Royal Challengers Bangalore ending their title drought in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League.
