WWE Royal Rumble 2023 date is January 28. The much-awaited premium live event of the company will take place this Saturday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. It will be the first Royal Rumble show, where Triple H is the head of the creative team.
Previously, fans witnessed exciting premium live events like SummerSlam, Clash at the Castle, Survivor Series: WarGames and Crown Jewel under Triple H’s guidance. The premium live events have been unpredictable, and Royal Rumble has traditionally been a show that has been tough to predict.
Last year, Brock Lesnar won the men’s Royal Rumble match and challenged Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 38. Ronda Rousey made her stunning return to WWE in the women’s Royal Rumble and won the match to set up a clash with Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

WWE Royal Rumble 2023 will feature two 30-person matches as well, plus Kevin Owens has fixed his date for a third title match against Roman Reigns at this premium live event. In 2017, Owens retained the Universal Championship against Reigns, and four years later, the Tribal Chief retained the belt against the Prize fighter. Their third match will happen on Saturday.
