WWE Crown Jewel 2022 Predictions: Will Randy Orton Return On The Saudi Arabian PPV?

WWE Crown Jewel 2022 is one week away, and just before the premium live event, almost every WWE fan has one question in mind. The question is will Randy Orton return to WWE at Crown Jewel 2022? The Apex Predator has been away from the squared circle ever since The Bloodline attacked him on a SmackDown episode back in May.

At that time, Randy Orton and his tag team partner Matt Riddle were involved in a heated rivalry with The Usos over the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championships. RK-Bro held the RAW tag team titles, and they put them on the title against SmackDown’s champs, The Usos, in a Winner Take All match. Jimmy and Jey Uso won that match to become the new Undisputed Tag Team Champions.

Randy Orton has been out of action for almost six months now. Fans will have to wait for a little longer now because Orton is not expected to return in 2022.

Randy Orton is highly unlikely to wrestle at WWE Crown Jewel 2022

According to rumors, Randy Orton will not wrestle in the year 2022. He could return as one of the surprise entrants in next year’s Royal Rumble match. However, the severity of his injury is such that it will need more time than expected for full recovery.

Thus, there is no chance that Randy Orton will take the flight to Riyadh and compete at WWE Crown Jewel 2022.

Is Randy Orton still in WWE?

Some fans speculated if Orton will ever wrestle in the ring. His tag team partner Matt Riddle hinted that Orton’s career might be over as he said on a RAW episode that RK-Bro may never wrestle as a tag team again. Also, The Miz said on the June 7 episode of RAW that Orton’s career is over.

However, Orton has not retired from WWE yet. He is injured right now and should return to the ring in 2023.
