[Watch] Old Video Of Roman Reigns And Summer Rae Resurfaces On Social Media

A video of Roman Reigns has emerged on social media where he is getting cozy with former WWE superstar Summer Rae. Before you let your imagination run wild, it is a video from FCW where she’s just kissing him on the cheek.

Summer signed with WWE back in 2011 and they sent her to their developmental territory, FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling). She got the role of the General Manager there and made her debut on December 18th on FCW TV. Speaking of the video, it happened in 2012 during an in-ring promo segment. Roman’s ring name there was Roman Leakee and then later changed to Leakee. In the clip, Rae says “tonight”, plants a kiss on Roman’s cheek and leaves as he starts delivering a heel promo.

What happened between Roman Reigns and Summer Rae?

@wrestlelamia, a popular wrestling news website, shared the clip on twitter where they have made fun of Reigns. They’ve called him ‘The Tribal Insurance Seller’ and Summer has left her comment on the video writing “Never forget, Leakee“.

Summer Rae, real name: Danielle Louise Moinet, was with WWE for seven years and they finally released her in October 2017. She did make a one-time appearance in 2022 during the Women’s Royal Rumble match where Natalya eliminated her. During her stint with the company, she did not win any titles and gained popularity as Fandango’s dance partner.

Summer was also a regular feature on WWE’s Total Divas hit reality show.

Roman Reigns has come a long way since his FCW days as Leakee. He is the current reigning and defending Undisputed WWE Universal champion and undefeated for three years. Roman is going to face his former Bloodline faction member Sami Zayn for the championship at The Elimination Chamber PLE. Then if he wins, he is going to WrestleMania 39 as the defending champion against Royal Rumble winner, Cody Rhodes.
