The 2022 T20 World Cup will begin on October 16th this year in Australia. Australia will defend the crown at home. A total of 16 teams will be a part of the tournament, with eight of them battling in the first round before the main tournament starts. The defending champions named a strong squad for the World Cup at home. Tim David has been named in the squad. This will boost the lower middle order, making it one of the best in the competition.

India Squad for 2022 T20 World cup
India has gone in with an expected set of players for the event. The major absence is that of Ravindra Jadeja, who will miss the tournament due to injury. The other notable point is that Sanju Samson has been excluded from the team.

New Zealand squad for 2022 T20 World Cup
The Kiwis have been doing well in the ICC tournaments recently. Led by Kane Williamson, the New Zealand squad will want to go all the way in the upcoming event.
