David Warner Becomes The Fourth Cricketer To Reach 10000 T20 Runs

David Warner achieved another remarkable milestone in his span of glittering cricketing antiquity as he crossed the landmark of 10000 runs in T20 cricket. He became the fourth player to achieve the milestone after fellow West Indians, Chris Gayle and Kieron Pollard who were accompanied by Pakistani all-rounder, Shoaib Malik as they were the three others to have notched up this incredible milestone.

He kissed this remarkable landmark with a couple off Lungi Ngidi. He played one of his slowest knocks ever that saw him garnering 57 from 55 balls before being removed. It was his slowest half-century in the history of IPL.

part of the Sunrisers ever since 2014 has had serious disruptions due to an injury-plagued season before coming to this IPL.

David Warner still remains to be Sunrisers biggest hope

After all these days, Sunrisers Hyderabad has still banked upon the big man from Australia to deliver them time and time again. As Jonny Bairstow took an early stroll to the pavilion, it was Warner and Pandey who came together to deploy the initial overhaul.

The duo posted a rippling stand of 106 runs before the Sunrisers finally went into the second gear that saw them dragging the score to a formidable 171 that still seems to be pretty less in front of the Chennai batting line-up and an excellent batting surface.

Kane Williamson and Kedar Jadhav stitched together a stormy cameo in the dying embers of the first innings to help Sunrisers give something to their bowlers to defend on the cards.

Ngidi was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up a couple of wickets for the expense of 35 runs which included the prized ones of David Warner and Kane Williamson.
