Is Sasha Banks Back In WWE?

Despite vehement rumours doing the rounds of the imminent return of Sasha Banks and Naomi to WWE, the final deal is still a million miles to go to. It has been since May 22 that the duo of Banks and Naomi has not been witnessed on any WWE screenings.

Sasha and Naomi walked out of WWE Raw, unhappy with the storyline that was allotted to the duo. However, an announcement shook up the WWE roster, quoting that the duo will be coming back to the company and the surprise return can be an absolute blockbuster.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Radio stated that the return of the femme fatale duo is still not completed despite the announcement. He was heard quoting,

“If everything goes the way it’s expected to go, they’ll be back. I don’t think that the deal was done. It was basically, ‘Yeah that’s what it looks like is going to happen’, but it’s not like it’s 100% done.”

Here is why the return of Sasha Banks can be an absolute hit

Reports of the duo returning to the industry started doing rounds after Vince McMahon chose to step down from the throne and Triple H took over the pedestal as the new head of the creative.

With significant changes happening in the entire WWE roster, many had reasons to believe that the Boss will be returning to the ring, especially with the Game returning to the helm of affairs. Former WWE Divas Champion Paige has always expressed her adulation for the Boss openly.

Talking on the Starrcast V this last weekend, Paige quoted, “I think she’ll be back. Now with Hunter in charge and taking the reigns, just SummerSlam in general showed how much WWE has changed overnight.”

The return of Sasha Banks will provide a major uplift to the women’s section of the WWE, and the current hype that the industry has received after the return of Triple H as the creative head of the company, will work in perfect tandem to get a major boost for the wrestling industry.
