“He thinks it’s cool”, Twitter reacts as Hardik Pandya yet again says he does not know playing XI at the toss

Hardik Pandya returned to the Gujarat Titans playing XI after missing the last game. In his absence, the team suffered a shock defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders. On that note, here, we take a look at how Twitter reacted as Hardik Pandya yet again says he does not know playing XI at the toss.

Time for the all-rounder to step up

It has been a while since Hardik Pandya delivered, either for Team India or Gujarat Titans. Especially after becoming the captain of Team India for a few games, while he has been good with his captaincy skills, he has somehow not been able to fully showcase his primary skills as an all-rounder.

For GT, though, Hardik should start performing better. With the ball, he has been picking important wickets and the management will hope that he will continue this. Hardik should also ensure that he does not sacrifice his fitness in the process. It is with the bat that Hardik must do really well.

He has often shown his weakness against spin while he is still improving his game against high-end pace. Also, with Shubman Gill performing like he is, GT would need the Mumbai Indians version of Hardik to turn up. It would complement the squad better, with the likes of David Miller and Rahul Tewatia needing more support in the lower middle-order.

Meanwhile, Gujarat could also consider giving Shivam Mavi and KS Bharat their debuts soon. Both are active India players and would benefit the squad greatly.

Twitter reacts to Hardik Pandya at the toss

It was not the first time on Thursday that Hardik Pandya reacted this way at the toss. Even in the earlier games, he did not mention clear details about the team combination. A few users on Twitter were upset with Hardik’s response. Here are some reactions:
