“Can’t Look At Him Like This, It Is So Heartbreaking”- Twitter Reacts As Virat Kohli Records 3rd Golden Duck In IPL 2022

Virat Kohli continued to let his fans down with his performances in IPL 2022 as he registered another golden duck today. Playing against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 54th match of IPL 2022, the former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain handed a catch to opposition skipper Kane Williamson off the first ball.

J Suchith replaced Shreyas Gopal in the Sunrisers Hyderabad playing XI for this match. The uncapped spinner opened the bowling for his team. Virat Kohli attempted a flick off the first ball, but he returned with a golden duck as the ball went straight into the hands of the fielder Kane Williamson.

Earlier in the day, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to have a bat first. Here’s what he said in the brief interview at the toss:

“We will have a bat first. It’s nice to see Kane lose a toss. We’ve got the same team. Big confidence for the group from the previous game. Nice thing with our bowling attack. We have got quite a lot of options. Siraj is doing the work well in the nets and he’s training hard – the performances will come.”

Fans on Twitter express their concerns as Virat Kohli registers another golden duck in IPL 2022

It was rare to see Virat Kohli get out for a duck in the IPL, but this year, he has registered his third golden duck. Prior to J Suchith, Lucknow Super Giants’ pace bowler Dushmantha Chameera and Sunrisers Hyderabad’s left-arm fast bowler Marco Jansen dismissed him on the first ball of his innings.

Kohli is known for his ability to score big runs, and fans still back him to return to his peak form ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. Here’s how the cricket fans on Twitter reacted after seeing the Royal Challengers Bangalore star fail again:
