Ever since the Elimination Chamber it has been absolute ruckus in the WWE echelons and in the best way possible. Logan Paul came menacingly close to winning the contest only to be denied in the dying embers. A few moments during the contest seemed up close and tight but then again when it comes to pro-wrestling, Paul is very well trained and he may just have a fighting date with Randy Orton.
While the match was ongoing, Randy Orton delivered the second rope DDT to Kevin Owens which still seems to be the prelude to the upcoming Randy Orton before the viper coils. During the contest it felt like that the Apex Predator was struggling with his back and the fans believed that he can be out for a long time.
However, later they figured out that it was nothing a but a plotted storyline of where and how it was headed and the back injury was just to sell himself more towards the end. It was Randy Orton who was a part of the final two contestants in the Elimination Chamber as he was face to face with Drew McIntyre.
Randy planted Drew with a RKO and was on the brink of a famous win and heading to WrestleMania to challenge Seth only to be denied by Logan Paul, knocking him out with the brass knuckles. Eventually after that Drew secured the win and booked his berth for the Showcase of the Immortals.
Here is what Logan Paul had to tell Randy Orton ahead of WrestleMania XL
Now both with Logan Paul and Randy Orton still to have their individual match in WrestleMania XL and that move could have possibly paved the path for both the superstars to have a contest at the biggest stage of all.
Paul said on a backstage video, “Well, well, well, would you look at that? Mr. RKO got KO’d, sucks to suck, that’s what happens when you play with the best. I walked in that chamber a champ, I left a champ. We’ll see what happens next, WrestleMania, here we come”
Randy though isn’t taking a backseat at any cost as he has made it clear too that every chance he will have a shot at Logan Paul he will make him pay and pay agonizingly.
