The 4th game of the SAT20 league is currently taking place between Joburg Super Kings and Paarl Royals. The Chennai Super Kings-owned franchise has registered the lowest-ever score in the history of the SAT20 league. They were bundled out for just runs against Paarl Royals at Boland Park, Paarl.
Super Kings’ skipper Faf du Plessis won the toss but his decision to bat first didn’t pay off well. They lost the first wicket in the 3rd over that opened the doors for collapse as they then lost wickets in clusters and lost half of the side by the 7th over.
Donavon Ferreira was expected to play the role that he played in the first game but he couldn’t get going this time too. Paarl Royals bowlers were all over the batters as they made a mockery of their batting lineup and were taking wickets for fun.
Lizaad Williams was the top scorer for his side with unbeaten 17 runs as they were bundled out for just 81 runs. Bjorn Fortuin was the pick of the bowlers as he picked three wickets and returned with the figures of 3/16.
