Jade Cargill Gives A Blunt Response To Journalist After Question Of AEW

WWE has seen an influx of top AEW stars jump ship to the global juggernaut in recent years, with Cody Rhodes being one of the biggest names on the list. However, another home-grown talent from Tony Khan’s company, who recently became a champion in WWE, fired off when asked about their roots.

Which current WWE Champion said they were tired of being asked questions about AEW?

WWE recently presented their newest Premium Live Event, Bash, in Berlin. One of the matches on the card saw Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair reclaiming the WWE Women’s tag team championships from Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, ending their title reign at 77 days. This came after Belair and Cargill lost the titles to Fyre and Dawn in a triple threat tag team match at WWE Clash at the Castle.

At the post-show press conference, Cargill was asked about her time in AEW as well as adjusting to the WWE landscape since the move. Moreover, Bianca Belair was also asked about helping her tag team partner in making the transition. This led to Cargill going off in the conference, claiming that she was tired of answering questions about AEW.

While Cargill respected coming from the company, she insisted that she was now focused on her WWE tenure and solidifying her alliance with Bianca Belair at the top of the women’s tag team division.

“You know what, I’m so tired of answering questions about AEW. Like I said, I’m proud to be from there; however, I’m here. I’m focused on what I’m doing next, and what’s next is just us solidifying owning these tag team titles and going out there and making a name for ourselves.”

WWE Bash in Berlin saw Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair kicking off their second title reign. So we will have to wait and see if it could last longer than their first reign that did not even last a month.
