Rhea Ripley may have a new romantic storyline developing. Some fans think Rhea Ripley could be dating Solo Sikoa soon on TV.
On the recent RAW, Paul Heyman announced a partnership between The Bloodline and The Judgment Day factions. He said a short-term deal was struck and approved by Roman Reigns himself. This came as a major surprise to the WWE Universe as they were feuding since forever.
Heyman explained that the two heel factions will help each other by taking down their enemies. However, as the two teams stood face-to-face with each other, the tension between Rhea Ripley and Solo Sikoa was evident. Even when Heyman tried switching places among them, Ripley re-positioned herself to stare down Sikoa once again. They have been in this position a few weeks back too.
Can Rhea Ripley defeat Solo Sikoa?
The hostility between Rhea & Solo didn’t go unnoticed by the fans who started speculating of a match between the two. Ripley is no stranger to inter-gender matches as she has defeated Akira Tozawa in the past. However, Solo is no Tozawa.
He is an upcoming superstar who has dominated the best of WWE and has just barely tasted defeat. Rhea is the current SmackDown Women’s Champion and a top female star of the company. Therefore, if a match does happen between the two, a defeat to either of them would be detrimental to WWE. It would ruin their reputations as the dominators they are in their respective divisions.
Another theory going around is that the two can get into a romantic angle. For the shock factor to the audience, the two can express feelings for each other and even do some PDA. But Ripley is Dominik’s “Mami” and this could lead to a love triangle between the three. It has happened before with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and Test and Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley among others. Only time will tell how this unique situation unfolds.
