1) Evin Lewis
With Quinton de Kock in Lucknow Super Giants, Evin Lewis might not have a lot of chances in his preferred slot at the top of the order. At GT, though, Evin Lewis can thrive because the likes of Matthew Wade did not do well and the franchise might not retain Wriddhiman Saha as an opener for long.
Getting Lewis as Shubman Gill’s opening partner would ideally be the dream target for Gujarat. Achieving it would be difficult but they can try this option to improve their squad.

KS Bharat is one of the players Gujarat Titans can target for the next IPL season in the IPL 2023 trading window. While Saha did well in IPL 2022, it is not sure if the player would continue doing well for the franchise. In IPL 2022, GT also struggled with their No.3 batter.
One player who can fix both issues is KS Bharat. The Andhra Pradesh cricketer may not get a lot of chances at Delhi Capitals and moving to Gujarat could be his best option. With him at No.3, Gujarat will have someone to anchor the innings if Shubman Gill falls early.
3) Kartik Tyagi
Mohammed Shami and Yash Dayal did well as the domestic pacers for GT in IPL 2022. However, they will want one more reliable Indian pacer here. They could target Kartik Tyagi for this position.
Tyagi can bowl in all phases of the game. This is something that is better suited to the team’s requirements. Also, Kartik is a youngster and the team’s future will also be helped by this signing.
