As the two teams meet, hoping to level the playing field and bridge the gap between the points table, the first and foremost thought for both the sides would be to secure a victory in no matter whatsoever way that would be possible. A win would help Mumbai Indians to come higher up the points table while KKR would try and aim for the top three with a third win from their 5th match.
