India is all set to tour West Indies for the full tour. The two teams will lock horns with each other in the two Tests, 3 ODIs and the five-match T20I series. The tour will kick start with a two-match Test series. The first game will be played from July 12th to 17th followed by the second and the final Test to be played from July 20th to 24th. The focus will then move towards the ODI series that is slated to be played from 27th July to August 1st. The five-match T20Is are scheduled to take place from 4th August to 13th August.

The BCCI has named the squad for the ODI and Test series. Quite a few youngsters are there in the squad along with the senior players. The team of the T20I series is yet to be announced and we will likely see a lot more fresh faces in the team. Youngsters set the stage on fire in IPL and BCCI certainly give them opportunities in the shortest format of the game. Yashasvi Jaiswal 

One of the players that is almost certain to make his debut during the West Indies series is Yashasvi Jaiswal. The young batter has shown great skills in playing the new ball as well as showing a great temperament. He has been named in the team for the Test series and can make his debut in whites. Apart from that he will likely be there for the T20I series as well. The Southpaw was one of the best batters in this year of the IPL as he smashed runs for fun and was one of the main reasons behind the success of the Rajasthan Royals. He was quite aggressive batting at the top of the order as he has come out all guns blazing in all the games and gave his team a fiery start in all the games and eventually won the games for them. He smashed two centuries and also smashed the fastest half-century in the league as he achieved the feat in just 13 balls against KKR. He ended the season with 625 runs to his name.

Rinku Singh 

Another IPL performer who can make his debut during the white-ball series against West Indies is Rinku Singh. The Kolkata Knight Riders batter was one of the most talked about names in the IPL. He etched the records book 5 sixes in 5 balls to win the game for his side against Gujarat Titans. The left-hander was one of the most consistent batters in the league and was the leading run-getter for KKR this year as he amassed 474 runs from 14 games. Notably, he averaged 152.5 in the chases. He showed great temperament throughout the season and it is likely that he will be there in the XI.
