Former South African cricketer AB de Villiers has finally opened up about the Mr 360. He said that although Indian batter Suryakumar Yadav is the new Mr.360 he’s the original one and hilariously quipped that that name shouldn’t be taken away from him.

India batter Suryakumar Yadav has been batting like a dream in the T20Is. He’s in the form of his life and has performed consistently in the shortest format of the game, which has made team even stronger in the format.
Suryakumar Yadav has been one of the main reasons behind India’s successful campaign in the T20 World Cup 2022 so far. He recently became the No.1 ranked batter in the ICC T20I rankings and also became Indian the first batter to complete 1000 runs in the T20I. The right-hander surpassed the landmark of 1000 runs at an average of 43.56 and a strike rate of 184.53 in 2022.
Suryakumar Yadav is among the top run-getters in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022. The Indian batter is third on the list with 225 runs to his name and is also the leading run-getter in the T20Is this year with over 1026 runs in the 28 innings so far.

AB de Villiers opens up on the Mr.360 debate
As Suryakumar Yadav has impressed many with his 360-degree play, many have started comparing him with AB de Villiers. While some say he’s better than the former Proteas cricketer, few say he still needs to learn.
However, AB de Villiers has himself opened up on the Mr.360 debate. He admitted that Suryakumar Yadav is the new Mr 360. But hilariously said that he’s still the original one.
“Suryakumar Yadav is the new 360. But I’m still the original Mr 360. Don’t take the nickname away from me (laughs)”. He said.
